We built a full-scale Christmas Pop-Up and Outlet in just 3 days—here’s how we made it happen.

In partnership with Portsmouth FC, the team from Just Sport Pro Club pulled off a festive retail feat: launching a fully merchandised Christmas Pop-Up Store and Outlet at Gunwharf Quays in under 72 hours. From concept to customer-ready, our team mobilised fast—delivering a premium experience that blends club pride with seasonal spirit.

Located in the heart of Gunwharf Quays, the store is open until early January, with extended hours to maximise footfall and fan experience and access.

This activation wasn’t just about speed, it was about precision, partnership, and passion. From visual merchandising to stock coordination and signage, every detail was dialled in to reflect the club’s identity and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
